A bit of me
I'm a Full-Stack Engineer and AI Lead at Telus Digital, where I head a team of 12 building LLM-powered internal tools used across operations. Before stepping into that role, I spent time designing AI copilots for customer support and sales, and before that, shipping full-stack products at a software consultancy — from luxury travel platforms to emergency management apps for fire agencies.
My day-to-day lives at the intersection of AI systems and software engineering — crafting system prompts, evaluation pipelines, and CI/CD workflows for LLM-based products, while staying hands-on with TypeScript, React, and Next.js on the frontend. I care a lot about building things that are reliable, well-documented, and maintainable at scale.
Outside of product work, I've taught Git and async JavaScript at bootcamps for high school students, and I'm always thinking about how good engineering practices translate into better AI systems — and vice versa.

AI Engineer Lead
Designing and implementing system architecture for LLM-powered internal tools, and leading a team of 12 prompt and AI engineers — establishing documentation, best practices, and evaluation pipelines to ensure quality and reduce regression risk in production.
Customer Support AI Copilots
Prompt Engineer
Built LLM-powered copilots for customer support and sales agents across 2 lines of business. Authored system prompts and guardrails using Claude Sonnet and Haiku, reducing hallucinations by ~15% and enabling agents to suggest responses, generate compliant statements, and collect structured data.
Luxury Travel Platform & Emergency Management App
Frontend Software Developer
Built a luxury travel booking platform from scratch using Next.js and TypeScript. Contributed to an emergency management app for fire agencies with escalation UI and dispatcher tools. Mentored junior devs and taught Git and async JavaScript in two bootcamps.
Medical Aesthetics Data Warehouse
Backend Software Developer
Designed and maintained a data warehouse ingestion pipeline for medical aesthetic clinics using Azure Functions and .NET. Built a PDF scraping pipeline for exam data extraction, and developed normalization logic for financial transactions achieving 100% data accuracy.
